Weight Loss – Learn a new way of living with healthier eating and regular exercise that is tailored for what you can do, and what you like to do. You’ll start by keeping a food journal so we both can learn what and when you eat, and identify the triggers that lead to unhealthy eating. Together, we will design an eating plan for your success. I’ll be there every step of the way as you begin the healthy eating and regular exercise that will change your life!

Body Sculpting – See results as we focus on proper form and technique to change the way your body looks and feels. Gain muscle definition, and develop and shape your body with exercise that is appropriate for your body structure and your goals.

Muscle Tone and Endurance – Strengthen your muscles and develop their endurance while firming up your body. In addition to reshaping your body, you will increase your metabolism and stamina, improve your posture, and strengthen your bones. Learn how to maintain a healthy, active body at any age.

Family Fitness – Help your children develop healthier bodies in a fun way that focuses on healthy living, and not harmful and unrealistic body images. Together, we will create a healthier eating plan for the whole family. Make fitness a part of your family’s life as you learn games and exercises that all ages can enjoy, while increasing cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance, and flexibility. This program can also be a great confidence builder for kids who are entering the teenage years, helping them lose weight (if needed) and do better in sports.

Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness – Exercise safely for more energy during pregnancy, reduced stress and anxiety, fewer complications in pregnancy, shorter labor time and quicker recovery from pregnancy and childbirth. Get back in shape faster after your new baby arrives.
