The Program

At the core of the fit program is the relationship that you and I will build together. I will be there every step of the way for you.

Then I help you develop habits—ways of thinking and acting—that will enrich you physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Together, we tackle internal and external battles of personal fitness that go beyond training sessions, into the realm of personal motivation and life counseling.

We will identify your emotional triggers, and decide on how you can manage them without using food.
