I know what it is like to struggle with a weight problem. For years, I tried and failed to lose my 50 extra pounds. Failing over and over again only made me feel more helpless and out of control. When I saw my reflection in the mirror, my only thought was, “Who is this person?”
It took me a long time to make the connection—it wasn’t just the food. I had to figure out why I was eating too much of the wrong things, and neglecting my health. Once I understood why, I could make lasting changes to lose weight, get fit, and stay fit. Kevin before and after
That was 1996. I began training others in 2000, using what I learned. I’ve worked with men and women of all ages—some wanting to lose weight, others just wanting to get stronger or sculpt their bodies—all of them wanting to make a change in their lives.
Seeing clients start to feel good about their progress, reaching the small goals, not just the outcome—to see them begin to accept and love themselves where they are, no longer waiting for the finished product—that is what I work for.
