Getting fit takes commitment. Are you ready?

Can you commit to the following?

1. I am prepared to eat differently, even if I must sacrifice the feelings of my family or friends, or if it causes conflict.

2. I will honestly look at my behavior and be accountable to myself and those who are important in my life.

3. I will make my commitment to getting fit a top priority in my daily life.

4. I am willing to admit that problems can come up, however, I will not let these problems damage my commitment to this plan.

5. I will take responsibility for my life and am committed to making permanent changes.

6. Before I can effectively take care of anyone else, I must take care of myself first.
