You don’t have to track every calorie, gram of fat or carbohydrate that you consume. You don’t have to buy special foods. But you will become aware of what, when and how much you eat.

I’ll help you create a “no fail” environment, and build a support team of your family and friends.

You will have to exercise regularly. I will help you find ways to exercise that work for you.
